Freddie Johnson
“Back To The Well”
HMG Nashville CC Vol. 166
“Back To The Well” is one of the many songs Freddie Johnson wrote during the twenty-three years he spent in prison for crimes related to his former heroin addiction. The song's autobiographical and straight-to-the-point message is simple, every time you’re thirsty for grace, mercy, and forgiveness, just go back to the well of Living Water. Freddie states “Only Jesus Christ could have taken such a wretched life as mine and used it for His glory and to further His agenda.” Freddie’s testimony, which aired on the 700 Club on March 16, 2010, perfectly and powerfully illustrated the love and mercy of Almighty God. In fact, after his testimony, Pat Robertson gave an altar call and 933 people responded by calling in and committing their lives to Jesus Christ. “I hope this song will draw more people to Him when it’s played on the radio,” says Freddie. “After all, in the final analysis only what we do for Christ will matter.”
Dana Fialco
“A New Beginning”

Singer-songwriter Dana Fialco recently released her debut single, “A New Beginning.” Dana wrote the song with her sister Tara when the two were young teenagers. Dealing with autism and musically gifted, Tara composed the music to express her hope and positive outlook for a new start. Dana awoke one morning with lyrics in her head which she felt expressed her sister's message. With her recent recording, the lyrics Dana wrote years ago have taken on a deeper, more personal meaning for her. The recording embodies not only the dream of her sister's original message, but also the tremendous strength it takes to open oneself up to start anew. She hopes that “A New Beginning” inspires a hopeful energy that will help us stand tall and make new beginnings together personally, nationally, and globally. Dana also recently collaborated with her family to produce the Starabella musical audio/picture book series.

Wyvette Prince Davis
“Let Everything With Breath”
HMG Nashville Power Gospel Vol. 46
Psalm 48 says, “Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised.” God has given us powerful weapons to help us be over-comers in life. “Praise” is one of them. How do we lift God up? How do we lift each other up? We praise, encourage, and think and speak of His goodness. God says He inhabits the praises of His people. This means He lives in the praises we give Him. He made the whole world, and He knows everything. In everything, we must turn to Him, acknowledge Him, honor, obey, and praise Him. There is nothing too difficult for Him. God is so good, and He loves us so much. He is to be exalted, honored, and praised above all things. This is also how we should treat each other: with honor, respect, encouragement, and praise. In Psalm 74, we read, “Let the poor and needy praise the Lord.” Nothing can defeat us when we turn to the Lord with all of our hearts and honor, obey, and praise Him. Psalm 117 says, “O praise the Lord all ye nations, praise Him all ye people.” This song has a message the whole world needs to hear and do. As the song says, “Let everything with breath, stand and praise the Lord.” Written by: Richard L. Gooding/BMI
Rorey Wesney
“Take My Hand”
HMG Nashville CC Vol. 166
Rorey Wesney spent most of his younger years listening to family members from both his mother’s and father’s side of the family play music. When he was nineteen, he went on the road with Country artist, Danielle Peck, opening up for bigger acts at area fairs and touring the east coast. He now enjoys the center stage. Another passion he has is writing songs, and his talent is starting to get noticed by some of Nashville’s most respected music industry professionals. All of his music comes from something he has experienced along life's journey. “Take My Hand” is about some of the first memories Rorey and his wife experienced together on the beach during their honeymoon. With lyrics such as “Not a care in the world, just you and I… we were running wild and free,” the song teaches us that love grows stronger as the stages of life continue to change. Rorey reveals to the listener that life’s journey just keeps getting better and better, and the love for his wife grows stronger each day, “I think about those days and our sweet memories, and those feelings grow stronger each day.”
Conan Gill
“Jesus Is The Pathway
To Heaven”
HMG Nashville CC Vol. 164
“My Savior’s Hand”
HMG Nashville Power Gospel Vol. 46
Conan Gill was born in Columbus, Indiana. His house had two rooms, and his five brothers and sisters had a bed that they shared. They had no electricity or running water. Conan says his first recollection of listening to music was when he heard Jim Reeves singing “Bimbo.” Conan was the first one up to turn on their battery-powered radio. His musical career started when he was ten. Conan says, “My father needed a rhythm guitar player, and my two older brothers weren’t interested so I was elected. The first band I formed, The Yonker Valley Boys, was a Bluegrass band and included a very young, and now notable Nashville artist, Glen Duncan.” After playing for several years and going through a life-altering event, Conan started writing his own songs. “I am so grateful and pray that my songs give a spiritual lift to those who hear them,” states Conan. His new single, released by HMG and produced by Gene Higgins, “Jesus Is The Pathway To Heaven,” is written by Conan and has a message that is sure to hit home with radio listeners everywhere.
Kenny & Cindy Taylor
“My Fathers House”
HMG Nashville Power Gospel Vol. 46
Kenny and Cindy Taylor are known for the anointed and insightful messages within their music. Their latest single is no exception, and it’s one that is sure to touch your heart. When asked about the inspiration behind this powerful song, Kenny states, “It’s so easy to make the mistake of trying to do things on your own. Until I came to the place of where I was ashamed of what I’d done and was willing to be a servant … I found no peace. The value of conviction is priceless! It is God’s love through Jesus that allows ‘the prodigals’ to come home. The Lord assured me that He still loved me; even though, I knew I didn’t deserve it. The invitation to come home is always there, but it seems we have to drag ourselves through the mud before we realize how much better it is to serve God, than to live for the devil. Have you ever spelled the word ‘devil’ backwards? It spells ‘lived!’ We have never lived until we turn our backs to the devil! I’ve turned my back to the devil, and I just want to go back to ‘My Fathers House’ and be a servant.”
